We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Pastry Chef (m/f), ideally with good knowledge in the French pastries and recipes, for a 5***** American Cruise Line with international guests and with great itineraries throughout the world.
This position is mainly responsible for the management of the pastry department in the Galley, to prepare the daily pastries, cookies and desserts needed for daily service to guests and crew. As well will physically assist, back up and work Hands on as required during all guests’ meal services. Ship experience will be considered a plus.
You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge and management skills.
You should have an outgoing personality and the ability to interact with different cultures. You should be flexible, stress-resistant, creative and fluent in English – any additional language considered as a plus.
